Our beers

When beer is tapped at the Bönnsch, it comes directly from the in-house brewery – brewed according to the brewery’s own recipe.

Whether classically naturally cloudy, as a wheat beer or as a seasonal specialty: our beers are fresh, full of character and always with that certain something.

Naturally cloudy

When you order a beer from our own production in our brewery, you will preferably get our light, top-fermented, naturally cloudy premium beer: the Bönnsch. It is brewed according to a sophisticated, traditional recipe and will delight you with its fresh and lively character in the usual best quality - served in our special Bönnsch glass.

The Bönnsch glass. A glass like no other.

The very special Bönnsch glass has been an established trademark in the history of the brewery since time immemorial. Even if the motifs on the glass change from time to time, the shape of the elegant vessel has always remained unchanged. Well-formed and ergonomically valuable - culturally and locally anchored in Bonn.
