Our brewery
Right in the middle of Bonn, directly behind the bar: That's where our heart lies – the in-house brewery. Here, the Bönnsch flows fresh from the copper kettle into the glass. According to our own recipe, naturally cloudy and top-fermented. Just as it should be.
